These indigo smooth painted finishing components are painted in the same deep blue as our Indigo doors and drawer fronts, so the plinth and panels read as part of the cabinetry instead of an afterthought. A dark blue base looks striking against light walls, and it works well with brass, copper and black handles.

Every piece you need to complete a run is here. An indigo kitchen plinth is 3050 x 150 x 18mm and can be cut to length, and the straight cornice and pelmet is 3050 x 45 x 35mm. Indigo kitchen end panels include wall, base, tall wall and full-height panels, from 792 x 350 x 18mm up to 2400 x 650 x 18mm, plus a tongue and groove tall panel. Corner posts and end pillars finish the joins, while curved plinth and cornice pieces suit curved units. All of it is MDF with a smooth matt painted finish, which wipes clean with a soft damp cloth.

If your design leans traditional, the range also has a bottle rack, a plate rack and mantel pieces, so you can build a feature around a chimney breast in the same shade. Choose indigo painted corner posts and end pillars to keep the colour unbroken where units meet, and finish wall units with an indigo cornice and pelmet for a defined top line. Aspin Collins is a UK-based supplier and delivers across the UK, so your doors, drawer fronts and finishing components can arrive together.

Key Features

✔ Indigo Plinths – 3050 x 150 x 18mm lengths in a deep, rich blue
✔ Indigo Cornice & Pelmets – 3050 x 45 x 35mm straight profiles for wall units
✔ Indigo End Panels – Wall, base and tall panels from 792 x 350 x 18mm
✔ Indigo Corner Posts & Pillars – Unbroken colour at corners, joins and curved units
✔ Traditional Extras – Bottle rack, plate rack and mantel pieces in Indigo

Specification

Size: Wall End Panel 792 x 350 x 18mm
Material: MDF
Finish: Matt painted
Colour: Indigo
Product Code: OXFORDASP

Discover Other Colours

Explore all Smooth Painted Shaker Kitchen Door colours

Complete Your Kitchen with Matching Indigo Products

To achieve a seamless, coordinated look, pair your Indigo Smooth Painted Finishing Components with:

Indigo Smooth Painted Shaker Kitchen Door

Indigo Smooth Painted Shaker Drawer Fronts

Ordering & Delivery

Fast & Reliable UK-Wide Delivery
We offer nationwide shipping, ensuring prompt and secure delivery of your Smooth Painted Finishing Components in Indigo.

Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days
Express Delivery: Available upon request

Please note that stock levels may vary due to high demand. What is the indigo bottle rack and what size is it?
The bottle rack is a traditional accessory for storing wine bottles, supplied in 1500mm length in the same Indigo as the rest of the range. It suits a traditional or dresser-style kitchen.

2. Will indigo finishing components look right with brass or black handles?
Yes. Brass and copper handles stand out against the deep blue, while matt black gives a darker, more understated look. Keep one handle finish across the kitchen so the pieces feel consistent.

3. Should I choose indigo or anthracite finishing components for a dark kitchen?
Choose indigo to continue a blue colour scheme and anthracite for a neutral charcoal. Match the choice to your door colour, and compare both in daylight before you order.

4. How many indigo end panels do I need for a run of base units?
You need one panel for each exposed side of the run, so a run with both ends in view usually needs two. Choose the size that suits the unit you are finishing.

5. How do I clean indigo painted plinths and end panels?
Wipe them with a soft damp cloth and dry straight away. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, which can dull the matt paint, and wipe splashes at floor level promptly.

6. Do I need an indigo cornice and pelmet if my wall units are another colour?
No. You can match the cornice and pelmet to your wall units, or use indigo to tie the top of the units back to an indigo base run.
