The nine cabinets

Cabinets are supplied in white as standard, the neutral that works behind every door colour and stays looking clean longest in a rental.

Windsor shaker doors and drawer fronts

Doors and drawer fronts for all nine units in the Windsor shaker range, in your choice of White, Light Grey, Dust Grey or Indigo.

Windsor is a five-piece shaker door, genuine frame-and-panel construction with a real shadow line, not a slab with a groove routed into it, and with a visible grain that gives a room warmth. It's the safest specification you can put in a rental kitchen supplier UK landlords rely on: it suits period and modern property alike, and it won't look dated in five years the way a high gloss will.

Soft close hardware and handles

Finishing components, all included

This is where most kitchen packages catch you out. Every component needed to finish the kitchen properly is in the price:

That's over 6 metres of plinth and 6 metres of cornice, enough for a full run plus a return. Buy the same kitchen unit by unit and every one of these is an extra, usually the ones you discover you need mid-fit with the trade counter shut until Monday.

Two postformed worktops, your choice of finish

Two full 3000 x 600 x 38mm postformed worktop lengths are included, 6 metres in total, enough for a run and a return. The rounded postformed edge is the right call for a rental: no sharp corner to chip, and nothing to catch a hip on in a narrow galley kitchen.

The package above is a complete, finished buy to let kitchen, nothing here is needed to fit it. These are for when the property warrants a bit more, or when you'd rather the whole job landed on one delivery.

Appliance pack, oven, hob and extractor

Add a matching three-piece appliance pack and the kitchen arrives ready to cook in. Two versions, same oven and extractor, your choice of hob:

Gas where the property already has a supply, ceramic where it doesn't, or where you'd rather tenants weren't dealing with a gas hob at all. The black glass ceramic photographs particularly well against a light shaker door.

For a landlord it's one supplier, one delivery and one invoice instead of three, with no gap between the kitchen going in and the property being lettable.

Planning the layout: swap one of your base selections for the 600mm under-oven housing, and the extractor sits in place of one of your three wall units above the hob. Choose those at the point of order and the cabinetry is set up for the appliances from the start, no cutting a stock unit about on site, and no discovering the oven doesn't fit once the run's in.

Square edge worktops

Prefer the sharper, more contemporary line of a square edge? Four square edge finishes are available:

The marble effects in particular lift a modest kitchen well beyond its budget in a listing photo, worth it on a property you're refurbishing to sell, or a higher-yield let where the kitchen is carrying the viewing.

Cavallo doors

Cavallo is our Italian-made shaker range, with classic V-groove detailing, a subtle woodgrain texture and the widest colour palette we offer, nine shades including White, Ivory, Cashmere, Light Grey, Dust Grey, Anthracite, Indigo, Sage Green and Fir Green.

Upgrade to Cavallo if you want colour. The sage and fir greens are the ones that make people stop scrolling, and on a property you're selling rather than letting they earn their keep in the listing photos alone.

Oak and coloured cabinets

White carcasses are standard. If you'd prefer oak or another cabinet colour, give us a ring and we'll quote it, everything is manufactured in our own Aspin Collins Manchester workshop, so it's a straightforward change.

Choose Your Unit Sizes

Most kitchen suppliers charge by width, a 600mm base unit costs more than a 300mm, so an awkward room costs you more than a square one. Ours doesn't work like that.

Choose the width you want for every unit in the package from the standard sizes below. Whichever combination you pick, the package price is identical.

Base unit sizes

• Single base units, 150, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500 or 600mm
• Double base unit, 700, 800, 900 or 1000mm

Base units are 720mm high and 560mm deep.

Appliance housing options

Fitting an oven or a built-in fridge? Swap any of your base or larder selections for one of these instead, at no change to the package price:

• 600mm under-oven housing, takes a built-under single oven
• 600mm larder appliance housing, full height, for a built-in fridge, freezer or tall oven

Choose them in place of a smaller or standard unit rather than in addition, so the package stays at nine cabinets.

Why Unit Sizes Matter in Rental Property

Rental kitchens are rarely square, rarely modern and rarely generous. Older terraces, converted flats and HMO conversions are full of chimney breasts, boiler cupboards and awkward returns. Standard widths mean filler panels, and filler panels look cheap in listing photos.

Here's how the 9 unit kitchen package works in a real room, using the kind of kitchen you'll find in most terraced rental stock.

The room

A galley kitchen with one usable run of 2,950mm between the back door and the corner, a boiler on the wall above, and the sink already plumbed roughly two thirds along. The opposite wall has space for a full height unit and the fridge.

How the package fits

• 900mm double base unit (pans and bulk storage)
• 500mm drawer pack (cutlery and utensils)
• 600mm single base unit (under the sink)
• 600mm single base unit
• 350mm single base unit (fills the last gap flush to the corner)

That's five base units totalling exactly 2,950mm, covered by a single 3000mm worktop with a little to trim. No filler panels, no scribed infill, no gap.

Order the same run from a standard supplier and you'd take three 600s, a 500 and a 1000, 3,300mm of units into a 2,950mm wall. You'd either lose a unit or cut one down on site.

Fitting an oven

Taking the appliance pack? Swap one of the 600mm base units for the 600mm under-oven housing and the run stays exactly the same length. The extractor takes the place of one wall unit above it.

The wall run

Three wall units run above the base cabinets, stopping short of the boiler, finished with cornice along the top and end panels on the exposed returns. Drop one unit to a 350mm or 400mm if your boiler or window sits awkwardly, again, at no extra cost.

The larder

The 500mm larder goes on the opposite wall beside the fridge space, panelled both sides, giving the property the dry goods storage that tenants consistently rate and that most small rental kitchens don't have.

The result

A complete, fitted-looking kitchen in a room that would normally force a compromise, and the second worktop still spare for the return or the opposite wall.

Ordering & Delivery

Fast & Reliable UK-Wide Delivery
We provide nationwide shipping from our Manchester workshop, delivered straight to the property, site or yard, no trade counter, no depot run, no van hire. Free standard delivery, 1-5 working days depending on location.

Delivery is kerbside, which means the driver delivers to the kerb rather than into the property. A full kitchen is a substantial consignment, so please make sure someone is available to help unload before you place your order.

Cancellations & Returns

Before your order goes into production

We'll email an order confirmation listing every unit width, door colour, worktop and any upgrades you've chosen. Check it carefully and confirm, once we have your confirmation the order goes into production and the doors are drilled to your specification.

Changed your mind?

If you're buying as a consumer, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel. Three things to be aware of:

• Doors are drilled to order and can't be returned or resold, so they're non-returnable once produced.
• Cabinets must be unassembled and in original packaging. Once a QuickCab unit is built it can't be returned to stock, and we'll need to reduce any refund accordingly.
• Appliances must be unused and sealed in their original packaging.

Return carriage is at your cost and a full kitchen is a pallet-sized consignment. We can arrange collection and deduct it from your refund if that's easier.

Damaged or faulty

Always our cost. Check your delivery on arrival and let us know within 48 hours of anything damaged in transit, and we'll replace it.

Yes. Pick any width from our standard range for every unit in the package, and the price doesn't change.

5. What sizes do the units come in?
Single base and wall units are available in 150, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500 and 600mm. The double base unit comes in 700, 800, 900 and 1000mm. Drawer packs and larder units come in 300, 400, 500 and 600mm.

6. What size kitchen does the 9 unit package cover?
At standard widths it covers roughly a 3 metre base run and a 1.8 metre wall run, plus a full height larder. That suits most two and three bed rentals, flats and HMO kitchens.

13. How long do the cabinets take to assemble?

14. Do I need a kitchen fitter?
Assembly is designed to be done without trade experience. Fixing units to the wall, and any plumbing, gas or electrical work, should be carried out by a competent tradesperson. Gas hobs must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
