At Aspin Collins, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and reliable shopping experience. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that your orders are processed quickly and efficiently.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. These are at the bottom of each product page detailing what delivery is to be expected. This is because we offer a range of products including made to measure.

Please note that the availability of these shipping options may vary based on your delivery address. We will also get in touch should there be an issues with the delivery time scale.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected at checkout. You can view your shipping options and costs before completing your order. Sometimes distance is also taken into consideration when shipping heavy goods like worktops.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £600.00. This does not include worktops.
4. Delivery Locations
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. If you are outside of our shipping zone, please contact us for further assistance and we will see if we can accommodate you on an individual basis.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will usually receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier’s website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Aspin Collins is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external factors (e.g., weather, customs, holidays). If you experience significant delays, please reach out to us, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.
7. Incorrect or Missing Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Aspin Collins is not responsible for delays or non-delivery of orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact our customer support team immediately at [customer service email or phone number].
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In cases of damage, please include photographs of the damaged items in your report.
9. Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for instructions on how to return or exchange items.
10. Worktop Deliveries
Our shipping is calculated based on distance from our depot and weight and for 1 man. The customer is responsible for ensuring help with unloading for extra large or heavy items such as worktops. If you are unable to assist please get in touch and we can quote based on a 2 man delivery at an additional cost.
Please note if the worktop cannot be delivered due to no assistance at the shipping address, we are not responsible for the non delivery and delivery will need to be rescheduled at the customers expense.
