Product Description

Porcelain is a soft, warm white that lifts a room without the harshness of brilliant white, and the edges of the kitchen deserve the same shade. These porcelain finishing components are painted to match the Porcelain door and drawer fronts, so the cabinets look finished from every angle. Our porcelain kitchen end panels cover the bare sides of wall, base and tall units, and each kitchen end panel is cut to a standard cabinet size, with larger breakfast bar and island panels also available.

Along the floor, a porcelain kitchen plinth hides the legs and the gap below the cabinets, with decorative plinths and curved plinths for rounded corners. Other kitchen panels and trims include corner posts, end pillars, a floor column, a barrel pilaster, mantel pieces and racks for bottles and plates, so a classic kitchen can be completed in one consistent shade.

For the top of the wall units, porcelain cornice for kitchen cabinets gives the run a clean finishing line, with square and tangent cornice and pelmet in straight and curved shapes. Every part is matt painted over ash so the grain stays visible, and Aspin Collins can supply them anywhere in the UK.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Will porcelain finishing components look yellow next to white cabinets?
Porcelain is a warm white, so it can look slightly softer than brilliant white. Next to Porcelain doors it matches exactly, but compare it against other whites in your own lighting.

2. Which porcelain end panel suits a breakfast bar?
The T&G Breakfast Bar End Panel, 900 x 2100mm, suits a breakfast bar. It is the tallest end panel, so it covers the exposed side of a bar or island run in one piece.

3. Do porcelain plinths show marks easily?
Porcelain plinths show marks less than pure white. The matt paint hides small scuffs, and a damp microfibre cloth removes dust and splashes from the lower edge of the cabinets.

4. Can I mix porcelain finishing components with darker doors?
Yes, porcelain finishing components can be paired with darker doors such as Indigo or Fjord. A pale plinth and cornice give the darker cabinets a light, defined edge.

5. Is porcelain cornice suitable for a modern kitchen?
Yes, porcelain cornice suits modern kitchens when you choose the straight square profile. Tangent and curved cornice and pelmet give a more traditional look in the same warm white.

6. Do the porcelain finishing components match the Porcelain door?
Yes, the porcelain components use the same warm white as the Porcelain door and drawer fronts, which keeps panels, plinths and cornice in step with the cabinets.
