Product Description
Fjord is a cool, muted blue-grey with a hint of green, a colour that brings personality to a kitchen without the commitment of a strong navy or a deep forest green. In fjord super matt shaker kitchen doors, the colour gains a low-sheen finish that softens it further and gives the surface a calm, chalky look. In bright daylight its green note comes forward, while in softer evening light it reads as a cooler blue-grey, so the kitchen changes gently through the day.
The bold 110mm frame gives fjord one piece shaker doors a solid, traditional outline that suits period homes as well as new builds. The 18mm MDF body is wrapped after the profile is cut, so frame and panel read as one smooth piece with nothing to clean around. Fjord works beautifully with natural materials: an oak worktop, a white butler sink and warm brass handles make a relaxed, coastal-feeling kitchen that is easy to live with. For a more modern look, try a white quartz worktop and slim matt black handles.
You can use Fjord for every unit in the room or just for the island. Fjord bold frame shaker doors cover 40 sizes, starting with a 110mm oven filler and rising to 1245mm for tall housings, with five clear glazed frames as well. Hinge holes can be added to any door for £3.80, and handles are a separate purchase. Because they fit standard cabinet sizes, these fjord super matt cupboard doors are usually a simple swap rather than a refit, and fjord vinyl kitchen doors never need repainting. Coordinating drawer fronts, plinth and end panels finish the look, all supplied by Aspin Collins, a UK-based business with nationwide delivery.
