The Belfast Base Unit is a purpose-built kitchen cabinet designed to house a Belfast or Butler sink — the deep ceramic farmhouse sinks found in traditional kitchens, country cottages, and modern Shaker designs. Available in two heights (455mm and 495mm) to suit standard Belfast sink dimensions, plus a wider 800mm double base option for larger installations.

Each unit ships with gable ends, an 18mm back panel, and colour-matched cover caps for a clean finish. Designed to be paired with a single 596mm-wide door (or two 396mm doors on the 800mm size), sold separately so you can match the unit to the rest of your kitchen.

Manufactured in our Manchester workshop and dispatched flat-pack using our Quickcab system — the "missing link" between traditional flat-pack and rigid cabinets, engineered to assemble in just 2 minutes per unit, around 75% faster than traditional flat-pack cabinets. The connectors slot together by hand, the panels lock rigidly into place, and the cabinet is ready to fit straight away. No tools, no glue, no all-afternoon assembly.
