Dove Grey Gloss doors have a soft shine, and the pieces around them should carry that same pale grey from the floor to the top of the wall units. These finishing components are made in Dove Grey Gloss to match our Pre-Drilled Slab doors and drawer fronts. A grey kitchen plinth in 2800mm lengths closes the gap beneath the base units in the same colour, so the run looks like one smooth block rather than cabinets standing on legs. Each length is 150mm high and 18mm thick, cut to fit on site, and lengths can be joined along longer walls.
Islands and peninsulas need the most finishing, because every side is on show. The breakfast bar end panel, 2400 x 900 x 19mm, is deep enough to cover the end of an island in one piece and can be cut to height on site. Each high gloss end panel in the set is 19mm thick, the same as the doors, so faces line up neatly, and base, wall and tall panels cover every other open side around the room. Plan every visible side of an island before ordering, including the back if it faces the room.
Above the worktop, a grey kitchen pelmet fitted along the underside of the wall units gives them a crisp bottom edge, and the same square-ended profile can be used as cornice along their tops. If you are choosing a kitchen pelmet to hide under-cabinet lighting, this profile tidies the line neatly. Both pieces come in 2800mm lengths.
