Product Description

A bright white kitchen only looks finished when every visible edge is white too. A grey plinth gap, a bare cabinet side or the open underside of a wall unit can let down a bright, clean run, so every finishing piece here is made in White Gloss to suit our Pre-Drilled Slab doors and drawer fronts. A white gloss kickboard beneath the base units carries the shine right down to the floor, so the cabinets look lighter and a small room feels brighter. It also closes the gap under the units, where dust and dropped crumbs would otherwise collect.

Tall units are where unfinished edges show most. A white gloss tall end panel, 2400 x 650mm and 19mm thick, covers the open side of a larder or oven housing and can be cut to height on site, while base and wall end panels finish the shorter runs. Under the wall cupboards, a white gloss kitchen pelmet gives a straight, neat bottom edge above the worktop, and the same square-ended profile works as cornice along the tops of the units.

Corners are easy to overlook until the kitchen is fitted. A white gloss kitchen corner post fills the gap where two runs meet so the white finish continues round the corner, and there are three to choose from: base posts for conventional and L-shaped corners, plus a wall post for both. If you are comparing options for a kitchen corner post, measure the corner first and choose the post that matches your layout. Plinth and cornice both come in 2800mm lengths, so a typical wall run uses just one or two of each. Aspin Collins delivers across the UK.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What finishing pieces does a straight Pre-Drilled Slab White Gloss run need?
Most straight runs need a White Gloss base end panel for each open side, enough 2800mm plinth to cover the run, and cornice or pelmet if the wall units have visible tops.

2. How many White Gloss plinth lengths does a 4.5 metre run need?
A 4.5 metre run needs two 2800mm White Gloss plinth lengths, which leaves an offcut you can use for a short return or a corner.

3. Is there a White Gloss panel for the end of a breakfast bar?
Yes, the White Gloss breakfast bar end panel measures 2400 x 900 x 19mm, wide enough to finish the end of an island or peninsula and cut to height on site.

4. Can I order White Gloss finishing components after my doors?
Yes, White Gloss components can be ordered later, as they are part of the same Pre-Drilled Slab range as the doors and drawer fronts.

5. Do White Gloss panels suit a white quartz-effect worktop?
Yes, White Gloss panels beside a white quartz-effect worktop create a clean, all-white look. A coloured splashback or handles can add contrast.

6. Can White Gloss panels finish a run of units in a utility room?
Yes, White Gloss end panels and plinth work on any standard run, so a utility room can match the kitchen with the same bright finish.
