Vista Handle - Angled Bar Design | Bright Chrome or Inox

Product Description
Vista draws on an unlikely reference, Bronze Age utensils, and translates that into something genuinely distinctive. This angled bar handle runs on a clear diagonal, a sharp vertical rise at one end meeting a longer angled sweep down to the opposite foot, rather than following the straight, level line of a typical bar handle.
Despite that sharper underlying geometry, Vista is designed to feel soft in the hand, the edges are rounded and comfortable to hold, closer to a smooth, worn stone than a sharp metal angle. This chrome effect handle, available through Aspin Collins, comes in two genuine sizes, built around a 160mm hole centre for standard cabinet doors and drawers, or a 320mm hole centre as a long chrome cabinet handle for wider doors and larder units. Both are offered in Bright Chrome for a crisp, reflective finish, or Inox Look for a cooler, more understated brushed character. As an angled cupboard handle, Vista brings genuine visual movement to a door front rather than sitting flat and static, and this Zamac angled pull holds its distinctive diagonal line cleanly across both hole centres and finishes.

Goes Well With
Bright Chrome suits kitchens with a lot of glass, glossy cabinet doors, or existing stainless steel appliances, where its crisp, reflective finish echoes the same high-shine, contemporary character. Inox Look works well in slightly more understated, brushed-metal schemes, where a softer, less reflective surface suits the room's overall tone.
The 160mm hole centre suits standard cabinet doors and drawers, while the 320mm hole centre is better suited to wider doors or larder units, where a shorter handle would look out of proportion.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What inspired the angled shape of the Vista design?
The designer drew on Bronze Age hand tools as a reference point, aiming for a shape with genuine visual character while still feeling smooth and comfortable to hold, rather than a purely decorative gesture.
2. What type of fixing does Vista use, and is anything included in the box?
Vista uses a handle bolt fixing, sold separately, so it's worth ordering the correct bolt length for your door thickness alongside the handle itself.
3. Does the angled shape suit a traditional kitchen, or is it strictly for modern spaces?
It leans contemporary given its clear diagonal line, so it tends to suit modern or transitional kitchens best, a fully traditional Shaker scheme would usually call for a more classic straight bar or D handle instead.
4. Why is Vista cast in Zamac rather than a lighter material?
Zamac is a zinc alloy that holds fine detail well under casting, which suits the precise angled geometry of this design while still keeping the handle robust for daily use.
5. Is the 320mm hole centre option genuinely one continuous handle, or two pieces joined together?
It's a single, continuous piece manufactured at that size, not two shorter handles joined, so the angled line runs unbroken across the full 336mm length.
6. Can Vista be fitted by someone without professional installation experience?
Yes, fitting only requires the correct hole centres already drilled or marked and a compatible handle bolt, a straightforward job for most confident DIYers.
