Dark kitchens need every edge to be just as dark, because a single pale side panel or a light gap at floor level is impossible to miss against charcoal. These graphite woodgrain finishing components carry the deep charcoal shade and embossed ash grain of the Graphite Woodgrain Shaker doors and drawer fronts, so the whole kitchen reads as one bold, solid piece of furniture from floor to ceiling, with nothing left looking unfinished. It is the finishing step that makes a dark scheme look intentional and expensive.
There are six graphite kitchen end panels: 780 x 355mm for wall units, 960 x 355mm for taller wall units, 1390 x 368mm, 910 x 600mm for base units and a 2400 x 910mm breakfast bar panel with a horizontal grain. For larders and oven housings, the graphite tall end panel measures 2350 x 650mm. At 18mm thick, the panels can be cut down during installation for a tight, accurate fit, even where the walls or floor are slightly out of true. Count island ends and any panels needed beside tall appliances.
A graphite kitchen plinth hides the unit legs and keeps the floor line dark and continuous, in 3050mm straight or ogee lengths. On top of the wall units, a graphite kitchen cornice with a moulded classic shape, or the plainer square bullnose, completes the outline, and both can be cut to length on site. Around a range cooker, barrel pilasters with the canopy or overmantle above add real architectural presence, and for the finer touches there is a rail for open wine storage, a radius rail for rounded corners and a feature post to end a tall run.
