Reed green is a muted, earthy green that brings a calm, natural feel to a slab kitchen, and it works best when the colour wraps right around the cabinetry. These reed green matt slab finishing components continue the shade onto end panels, plinths and trims, so no pale carcass side or grey leg breaks up the run. Paired with oak worktops, warm brass handles or a white quartz surface, the finished room feels considered and complete, with every exposed edge matching the doors and drawer fronts in one soft super matt.
Our reed green slab end panels are 18mm thick. There is a short and a tall wall panel at 784mm and 964mm, both 355mm deep, a 910 x 650mm base panel and a 2350 x 650mm panel for tall housings. The paint is hardened by UV curing, giving a surface that resists fingerprints and everyday marks. At floor level, a laser edged reed green kitchen plinth, supplied in 2800mm lengths at 150mm high, covers the unit legs, stops crumbs collecting underneath and finishes the base of the run with a crisp, painted top edge.
Islands get two dedicated sizes. The reed green slab island panel is sized at 1200 x 685mm to suit Vero handleless base units, while the larger 2400 x 910mm panel clads an entire breakfast bar. The reed green super matt bullnose trim is a 3050mm length of 50 x 30mm square profile that can finish the top of the wall cabinets or run below them as a pelmet.
